We are honored to curate a thoughtfully designed vendor marketplace for the Refined 2026 Women’s Conference. This experience is intentionally crafted to reflect a boutique, elevated, and purpose-driven atmosphere for every guest in attendance.
Our vendor lineup is already beautifully taking shape, and we are now selectively opening a few remaining spaces to complete the marketplace.
✨ We Are Currently Seeking
We are looking for brands that align with a refined, intentional experience, including:
- Custom & handmade jewelry designers*
- Fashion eyewear / statement glasses vendors
- Luxury candle makers & artisan home fragrance brands
*To maintain the overall experience of the conference, we are focusing on handcrafted and artisan brands rather than mass-produced or direct-sale jewelry lines.
💼 Vendor Details
- Vendor Fee: $100
- Includes: One vendor table, two chairs, and listing in the official vendor guide (you are allowed to bring one assistant)
- Setup Time: Morning of event (final schedule provided upon approval)
- Event Date: Refined 2026 Women’s Conference, November 14th, 2026
- Location: Arlington, TX (exact location will be provided upon approval)
